The Registered Product Owner course is designed to equip individuals with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in the Product Owner role within a Scrum framework. Participants learn how to manage and prioritize backlogs effectively, engage in long-term planning in an Agile manner, and understand the intricacies of translating team productivity into value. The course emphasizes the importance of frequent interaction with the Scrum Team, offering priorities, and reviewing results in each iteration. By the end of the course, attendees gain a comprehensive understanding of their responsibilities, enabling them to maximize return on investment and ensure the delivery of high-value products.

This online component of the course contains a certification test. Course fee includes access to the Registered Product Owner™ exam. Students who successfully complete the course and pass the exam will earn their Registered Product Owner™ credential signed by the co-creator of Scrum, Dr. Jeff Sutherland.

This 2- day course will be run remotely via Zoom
