This 2-day training course is run remotely via Zoom

An intensive programme for squads ready to fundamentally redesign how work gets done. Teams learn to perform the high-value Day Shift, Strategy, Alignment, and Design - while confidently delegating the Night Shift, Implementation and Testing  to AI agents. You'll re-ground in Agile and XP principles to keep AI in its Smart Zone, learn to size work to AI's cognitive limits, and move from giving orders to true Intent Alignment through structured design. You'll define System Handshakes that allow humans and agents to work in parallel, build Destination Documents that anchor AI across multiple sessions, and master Automated Verification so the machine can never outpace proof of correctness. The result is a delivery system where human judgement and machine throughput operate together, without bottlenecks, without waiting, and without chaos.
