  • AI literacy training teaches your people what AI is. This programme teaches your organisation how to operate it. The difference is the shift from awareness to architecture. We're building your AI Operating System, not explaining what a large language model does.

  • No. The programme is designed for operational and transformation leaders. Not engineers. Technical teams are welcome and benefit greatly, but the curriculum is built around operating model design, governance and change leadership. No coding, no data science prerequisites.

  • Both work, and we have experience delivering high-quality interactive sessions in both formats. For the whole-org cohort model, many clients prefer on-site for Day 1 (strategy) and virtual for Day 2 (operations). We we design the delivery format around your needs and constraints.

  • Before we deliver, we run a scoping consultation with your COO or Transformation Director to understand your current AI maturity, strategic priorities and organisational context. All workshops, examples and deliverables are then built around your actual business. Not generic case studies.

  • All packages include 30 to 60 days of post-training support. For Enterprise and Large Enterprise packages, optional coaching reinforcement is available to help your team implement the 90-Day Activation Roadmap with Agilicist consultants embedded alongside your internal change capability.

  • Most organisations are ready to run within 3 to 4 weeks of initial consultation. The first week is scoping and design, the second is customisation, and delivery happens in week three or four. We're currently booking cohorts for Q3 and Q4 2026, so enquire early to secure your dates.
