Established in 2017, Agilicist offers a new breed of agile consultancy providing industry leading guidance and training from a team that has real delivery experience across industries.

For people who purchase training courses we also collect credit card information and billing address. This information is passed to our third party payment gateway - Stripe. We do not store this information.
Once your payment has been processed, Stripe shares the following information with us:

The last 4 digits of card unique identifier
We will only contact you regarding requested work or training and associated information.

We take your privacy seriously and we will only ever collect and use information which is personal to you where it is necessary, fair and lawful to do so. We will collect and use your information only where it’s in legitimate interests, i.e. so that we can contact you and let you know about any associated services.
If you do not wish us to collect and use your personal information in these ways, it may mean that we will be unable contact you in future.

Your data is never shared with other companies and is only held within the UK.

We take information and system security seriously. Any personal information which is collected, recorded or used in any way, whether on paper, online or any other media, will have appropriate safeguards applied in line with data protection obligations.
Your information is protected by controls designed to minimise loss or damage through accident, negligence or deliberate actions.

How long we keep your information
We will keep your personal information only for as long as you wish and you can opt out from receiving future emails by either unsubscribing through the link at the end of any marketing emails at any time, or you can contact info@agilicist.com to request your details are removed from our contact list.
If we have not had any contact with you over 2 years, your details will be automatically deleted from the database unless you advise us otherwise.

You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time if you do not wish to be contacted in future or simply no longer want your details to be held.
Other individual rights also exist (right to restrict processing, right to data portability, right to object, rights to automatic decision making including profiling), however as only a limited amount of personal data is collected to simply contact you about events, these are not applicable as we will simply erase your data on request.
