Our Privacy Policy - your rights, your information and how we use it

Agilicist Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Agilicist”) is committed to protecting your personal information.

Our Privacy Policy contains important information about what personal details we collect; what we do with that information; who we may share it with and why; and your choices and rights when it comes to the personal information you have given us.

We may need to make changes to our Privacy Policy in line with legislation changes in future.  If there are important changes such as the type of data we need to collect; we will contact you to let you know.

Who we are

Established in 2017, Agilicist offers a new breed of agile consultancy providing industry leading guidance and training from a team that has real delivery experience across industries.

We specialise in helping our customers respond, adapt and grow; building self-reliance for our clients and helping transition knowledge and skills so they can become more agile in their organisation.

Information we collect and use

The only information about you that we collect and use is:

  • your name

  • your email address

  • your phone number

For people who purchase training courses we also collect credit card information and billing address.  This information is passed to our third party payment gateway - Stripe.  We do not store this information.

Once your payment has been processed, Stripe shares the following information with us:

  • Name

  • Email Address

  • Billing Address

  • Phone Number

  • Payment status

  • The last 4 digits of card unique identifier

We will only contact you regarding requested work or training and associated information.

Where we collect your information

We may collect your personal information directly from you, from a variety of sources, including:

  • phone/messaging conversations with us

  • emails you send to us

What we collect and use your information for

We take your privacy seriously and we will only ever collect and use information which is personal to you where it is necessary, fair and lawful to do so. We will collect and use your information only where it’s in legitimate interests, i.e. so that we can contact you and let you know about any associated services.

If you do not wish us to collect and use your personal information in these ways, it may mean that we will be unable contact you in future.

Is the information shared with other companies?

Your data is never shared with other companies and is only held within the UK.

How we protect your information

We take information and system security seriously. Any personal information which is collected, recorded or used in any way, whether on paper, online or any other media, will have appropriate safeguards applied in line with data protection obligations.

Your information is protected by controls designed to minimise loss or damage through accident, negligence or deliberate actions.

How long we keep your information

We will keep your personal information only for as long as you wish and you can opt out from receiving future emails by either unsubscribing through the link at the end of any marketing emails at any time, or you can contact to request your details are removed from our contact list.

If we have not had any contact with you over 2 years, your details will be automatically deleted from the database unless you advise us otherwise.

Your individual rights

You have several rights in relation to how your information is used. They are:

Right to be informed

You have a right to receive information on what personal information we have, why and who we share it with – this is listed above in this Privacy Policy.

Right of access

You have the right of access to your personal information as detailed above and you can request a copy of the personal information we hold on you at any time.

Right to request that your personal information be rectified

If your personal information held is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request that it is corrected.

Right to request erasure

You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time if you do not wish to be contacted in future or simply no longer want your details to be held.

Other individual rights also exist (right to restrict processing, right to data portability, right to object, rights to automatic decision making including profiling), however as only a limited amount of personal data is collected to simply contact you about events, these are not applicable as we will simply erase your data on request.

We will always strive to collect, use and safeguard your personal information in line with data protection laws. If you do not believe we have handled your information as set out in our Privacy Policy, please contact, and we will do our utmost to make things right.
