The Registered Scrum Master and Product Owner (RSMPO) course is an interactive three-day course for learners who want to accelerate their project or product delivery by improving team collaboration. Learners in this course will learn crucial insights and strategies of high-performing Scrum and Agile Teams.
 
Optimising team collaboration requires a strong understanding of the Agile mindset and an operating Scrum system. This course will give learners the tools and understanding to create a strong Agile system and Agile teams. Continuous improvement is one of the core values of the Agile mindset; learners taking this course will be able to use the framework and tools to iteratively improve their product or project delivery.
 
Upon successful completion of the course and exams, learners will be  given a dual award certification for both:
1. Registered Scrum Master and
2. Registered Product Owner.
